SULZER MIXPAC® DXR Refill Station

The DXR Refill Station makes refilling the DXH dispenser containers a simple, clean and safe operation. The unit accommodates most common bulk containers of 20 liters (5 gal.) content. One DXR Refill Station serves multiple dispensers.

The refill station consists of two air operated transfer pumps and a docking unit with quick-connect refill ports mounted on  a mobile platform. All functions are pneumatically operated which makes the refill station ideal for all working environments.

SULZER MIXPAC® Cartridge filling machine DXK

• The machine is pneumatically operated and has a fixed dispensing ratio

• Possible ratios are 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1

• The dispensing volume is max 50ml per cycle.

   For 200 or 400ml    cartridges the number of stokes per filling cycle can be preset

   on a counter.

• The dispensing pump is mounted on a solid table stand

• The unit has two 7 litre or optional 25 litre component containers in plastic material.

• Included are exchangeable filling nozzles (mandrells) to suit the selected cartridges

• The filling cycle is released by footswitch.

Various optional equipment is available upon request, including conversion kits including new filling nozzles for different ratios.

SULZER MIXPAC® Bench Dispenser DXBG

The DXBG Bench Dispenser is a highly versatile and economic dispensing system for 2-K materials. The components are gravity fed and assisted by system vacuum from separate refillable containers into the integral DX Dispenser. The two materials are then forced by metering rods directly into a disposable static mixer.

SULZER MIXPAC® Bulk dispensing machine DXK

This special modification of the DXK system is specially for users, which have high throughput per day but only small spot application.

For high viscosity material it can be combined with Ram follower plate system for continuous feeding of the reservoirs.
