F - System

The new and famous F - system out of the F - system cartridges and the F - system static mixers are especially design for more reliable dosing and more easy handling during operation.

Including the new range of available “Quadro” F-system static mixers this will be the system of the future.

The System is available as 200 ml and 400 ml cartridges in ratios 1:1, 2:1 4:1 and 10:1 and made from different materials like PA6, PP and PBT.

Key features are:

Þ NO cross contamination on the cartridge outlet due to its special design, which allows the separation of the two components direct on the mixer inlet.
Þ Better Mixing from the two components from the start of the mixer on, so smaller mixers with less waste of material can be used
Þ Easy to handle Bajonet open/close mechanism
Þ Easy to fill and deair with the patented elf bleeding pistons.

Depending on ratio, material viscosity and necessary need of low to high dispensing output you can choose from a broad range of small to big mixer sizes and also from two types of mixing element structure

B - System

Cartridge System B, 50 ml, 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1

The System B cartridge combines the advantages of two completely separated outlet ports with the standard flange interface compatible with the widely used standard dispensers.

Standard flange interface

The System B cartridge is equipped with the industry standard flange interface as on the MIXPAC System A cartridge.

Therefore, the same dispenser can be used for System A and B.

Piston insertion

The tapered cartridge inlets facilitate piston insertion.

Piston retaining feature

A special retaining ridge at each cartridge inlet prevents the pistons from slipping back out

Mixpac B - System Double syringe

This new double syringe with a total capacity of 25 mL was developed for 2-component applications in the professional and DIY sectors. This system expands the Sulzer Mixpac range of products by an additional 2-component application WITHOUT a dispenser.

"Precise dispensing with just one hand" is the main focus. At the same time, the patented coded closure from Sulzer Mixpac prevents undesirable cross-contamination and, in combination with the compatible closure cap, ensures airtight closure.
Despite the low dispensing force required, the new 25 mL double syringe convinces with its high dispensing performance.

K - System
2-component syringe with 2.5 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml capacity, available in different ratios 1:1, 2:1 and 10:1 with different static mixer sizes. The Mixpac K-system is available in various sizes wich different mixing ratios and mixers. The syringes, caps and plungers can be supplied in the standard colours white, black and transparent.The mixer assortment includes different mixing elements, diameters, lengths, mixer tips and other accessories
